Scheduled Maintenance Notice – Chicago Datacenter (CHI7 Node)

We’ve identified a failing SSD on our CHI7 virtual server node located in the Chicago datacenter. To prevent any further issues, we will be replacing the drive immediately.

This maintenance will require a brief reboot of the affected node, which may result in temporary downtime for some virtual servers hosted on this node.

Estimated Maintenance Time:
Today at approximately 5:00 PM CT, shortly after the CME markets close.

Please be advised that we will be upgrading one of the core routers in our Chicago datacenter on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST. This planned network maintenance window will result in a brief network interruption of under five minutes for all customers with services in the Chicago datacenter.
